Robotics for Change
Africa should be an exporter of food but accounts for less than 25% of the World’s global average. Africa has 63% of the world utilized arable land and only 5% of our African produce comes from irrigation.
Join us for the Brainiacs STEM Solution Camp program as we participants build Robotics and IoT solutions to tackle food in the African society and economy.
StoryTelling
Learners participating in the camp will learn to create compelling stories with existing technology.
By utilizing existing tools, learners will learn to create intricate storylines with well-defined characters, settings, and plot twists to create an animated stories and Ebook.
Pupils will learn to leverage existing Technology to bring their Creative Ideas to life.
Join us for the Brainiacs STEM Solution Camp program as we participants bring their creative idea to life.
AI and Machine Learning
Get into Python, machine learning, computer vision, and neural networks. Student’s will have a small computing powerhouse, a webcam, and the resources to push Python further than ever before.
Student will train to recognize images, as they progress through cutting-edge projects, you’ll see how starting your machine learning journey can lead to insights and even breakthroughs in AI, robotics, and advanced engineering fields.
3D Modelling and Printing
The combination of Skills, connectivity and education will create the foundation for manufacturing in Africa. Companies are looking for alternatives to China and they should be looking to Africa as a prospective candidate and this will be really exciting for us.
Students will learn to adopt 3D printing technology for problem solving as we’ll work on 3D printing projects that empower us to become creative problem-solvers with empathy for the world around us. The projects will challenge Students to design solutions for assistive Technology and more.
Coding Camp 101
Students will be taught to code interactive games and video projects. They’ll create adventures that send them as far as space, blasting away the meteors in your path!
Explore core concepts like variables, loops, and video sensing in a creative visual coding environment designed by the MIT Media Lab. Then, experiment with next-gen computer technology using Google’s Teachable Machine.
